The City of Spokane will host a final open house on Thursday, Sept. 4, to allow citizens to comment on a significant update to the City’s Shoreline Master Program (SMP) before it is considered by the Plan Commission and eventually the Spokane City Council. The open house will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in the large auditorium at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, 4401 N. Aubrey L. White Parkway.
